• An open ear for your distress, fears and concerns, but also for your problem-solving strategies, strengths and hope.
• Information on available resources, aides, technologies and technological instruction, as well as advice on how other SCI sufferers  approach similar problems.
• Selection and mediation with specialist departments.
• Advice on job seeking.

• SCI sufferers who trust that a similar SCI sufferer can understand and help them in a more understanding fashion than a non-SCI sufferer.
• SCI sufferers who would like to learn to integrate their disability into their lives and wish to achieve a higher quality of life.
• SCI sufferers who would like to live independently.
